I primarily use cognitive behavior therapy techniques and empower my clients with the skills to improve their life. I enjoy working with people of all ages to give them the tools and to support them along their journey. I have a real world, pragmatic approach to working with my clients focusing on making steady improvements.
My biggest strength as a therapist is the ability to connect with my clients. I create a safe space for my clients to be vulnerable in talking about painful emotions and memories they experience. I gently address patterns of self sabotaging behavior that appear in relationships and at work. We develop together a realistic, practical action plan with incremental steps to achieve their goals.
