New to Grow
If you are struggling with anxiety, transition, relationships, or find yourself in crisis, we can navigate these concerns together. Therapy can be a space for your to gain insight, direction, healing, and understanding. I am a Christian, mother, wife, and friend. I am on a journey of faith and healing myself and would love to journey with you. I feel that this is more than a job; it is a calling.
During our first session, I will briefly review the informed consent, complete and intake assessment, and discuss how best we can work together. This will also include a discussion of your goals and what you hope therapy to look like.
I have been told that I am gentle force. I strive to understand the root of the issue and what makes you, you.
If you find yourself struggling with anxiety, depression, stressors from transition, we can work to build coping skills to strengthen your mental health. If you find yourself struggling with communication or perpetual conflicts with loved ones, we can work to build communication and relationship skills. We can also work on building safety and reducing the emotional impact of traumatic experiences. Help is near.
