New to Grow
I believe everyone has a story worth understanding. With 10 years of experience as a social worker, I help adults navigate anxiety, self-esteem, relationship challenges, and life transitions by building on their strengths, exploring what matters most, and creating meaningful change together. I enjoy working with people who appear to have it together on the outside but feel stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or uncertain about where they're headed next. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, strengthen your relationships, and create a life that feels more authentic and fulfilling.
You don't need to prepare anything for your first session. Come as you are. We'll have a conversation about what's been happening in your life, what's important to you, and what you'd like to see change.
I enjoy helping clients make sense of themselves. Together, we'll explore the experiences that have shaped you, recognize the strengths you already possess, and build practical strategies that help you move toward the life you want.
Other specialties
I identify as
Acceptance and commitment (ACT)
Sometimes our minds tell us to wait until we're more confident, less anxious, or more prepared. ACT helps us stop waiting and start moving toward what matters most.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
CBT is about noticing the stories we tell ourselves and asking whether they're actually helping us. Together, we'll work on developing more balanced, realistic ways of thinking.
Multicultural
I believe our stories make us whole. Sometimes we spend so much time trying to fix ourselves that we forget to understand ourselves. Together, we'll explore how your culture, identity, family, and relationships have shaped who you are. In this process, we'll identify the strengths, values, and connections that can help you move forward.
Narrative
Life is full of chapters. Together, we'll explore the stories you've been carrying, recognize the strengths that may have been overlooked, and decide how you want the next chapter to unfold.
