What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In the first session, we will get to know each other and begin understanding what is bringing you to therapy. Building rapport and safety is essential to the therapeutic process and will continue over several sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I have a wide range of experience from working in inpatient hospitals, residential treatment, and now as an outpatient provider. I strive to meet each client where they are and ensure they receive the treatment they need, not a cookie cutter approach.

I specialize in working with trauma, abuse, and a variety of mood disorders. I also have experience working with the many struggles that accompany these including self harm, eating disorders, and substance abuse.
