Being part of my clients journey to achieve those goals for themselves keeps me hopeful about the world - we are all better because you are in it. Sometimes you go through an experience and it completely changes your life, and sometimes all the little stress add up to one big obstacle . Either way, nothing feels as good as it used to, and you constantly find yourself trapped in the past or worrying about the future . We deserve lives that are free of constant emotional turmoil , and therapy can be a way to process unwanted memories , emotions, and thoughts. What I can do is work alongside with you to move to a life you want. I have worked with people from varied background in the mental health field for 16 years . Trainings in Individual and couples counseling completed such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Substance Use Disorder, Mindfulness, Stress Management, Anger Management , Crisis intervention just a few to mention. Specific trained and certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Relationship Checkup for couples counseling.

Basically an intake evaluation has to be conducted which will lead to an overall understanding of what you have been experiencing currently or in the past .
