Are you feeling anxious and worried? Or, that you're living life in a fog? You know something isn't right, but you don't know what or where to begin. Good news... you are here and that shows courage and willingness to act! With more than twenty years of experience meeting with people dealing with anxiety and depression, I’ve come to understand just how lonely and isolating living this way can feel. You don’t have to feel this way. We'll explore the origin of the pain you're experiencing and get you back on track. We'll also explore your strengths and the beautiful qualities that make you, you. We achieve this through conversation. Therapy doesn’t have to be super heavy all the time. Believe it or not it can actually be an enjoyable time. I take an active stance and may challenge you at times, but I'll do this with gentleness and compassion. Your journey is unique to you as is how you experience life and the situations you happen upon. I am here to meet you where you are and walk together with you to where you want to be.
In our first session together, we’ll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you’re facing. this will help me create a tailored but flexible plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
