Providing the clinical support with coping tools to assist you through your journey is what I am passionate about. Focusing on mindfulness and wellness is an integral focus in my approach. As a licensed clinical professional counselor, who has a BA in Psychology and an MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have dedicated my career to helping others work through anxiety, grief/loss, life's stressors, depression, intergenerational trauma and substance use. I love mixing various techniques, such as CBT, REBT and Solution Focused. Seeking therapy can be hard, but know that I am here to be your support and create a safe space to heal and help you develop long-term wellness.
