I love working with young adults who are in the first few years of their careers. My clients are eager to improve, but don't yet have the tools needed to make this goal a reality. They often feel stuck, overwhelmed and anxious about their careers.
We look at our thoughts to see how the impact our feelings and behaviors. We then work to reframe and challenge the negative or maladaptive thoughts that get in the way of feeling your best.
