I am a 35 y/o male who has lived experience and enjoys helping others. I have 15 years of experience in the field of addiction and mental health treatment and have found a rhythm that seems to click with most people. I am very laid back but am take ethics and confidentiality very seriously. My ideal client is one willing to be pushed and work towards a goal. I love friendships but i fully believe therapy should be used to work toward a goal and to grow/fix the issue, not just be friends.
