New to Grow
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with clarity and confidence. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, stress, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm, providing a supportive and nonjudgmental space for growth. Using evidence-based approaches like CBT, I help clients develop practical skills to better understand their thoughts, regulate emotions, and build healthier patterns. My goal is to empower each person to gain insight, strengthen resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change in their lives.
In your first session, you can expect a welcoming and supportive environment where we begin getting to know each other. We’ll talk about what brings you in, your current concerns, and any relevant background to help me better understand your needs. I’ll also explain how I work, answer any questions you may have, and collaborate with you on initial goals for therapy. This session is a chance for you to feel heard, comfortable, and begin building a foundation for our work together.
What stands out about my therapeutic approach is my focus on combining evidence-based techniques, such as CBT, with a warm, collaborative style. I prioritize helping clients gain practical tools they can apply in their everyday lives, while also creating a safe, nonjudgmental space for honest exploration. My work is goal-oriented yet flexible, tailored to each client’s unique needs and pace. Clients often leave sessions with greater clarity, improved coping skills, and a stronger sense of confidence in managing life’s challenges.
My dream client is someone who is open to self-reflection and ready to make meaningful changes in their life, even if they’re not sure where to start. They may be experiencing stress, anxiety, or life transitions and are seeking practical tools to better understand and manage their thoughts and emotions. I work best with individuals who are willing to engage in the process, practice new skills outside of sessions, and are committed to their personal growth. Together, we build a supportive, collaborative space focused on progress, resilience, and lasting change.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) in my practice to help clients identify and understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together, we work to challenge unhelpful thinking patterns and replace them with more balanced, realistic perspectives. Through practical strategies and skill-building, clients learn how to manage stress, improve emotional regulation, and make positive changes in their daily lives.
