Solution oriented

I work with adult women experiencing chronic anxiety/high-functioning anxiety and people-pleasing tendencies. Perhaps you've been making choices driven by worry or fear-based thinking that’s left you feeling disempowered. Maybe you're looking to use your voice more fully & finally start trusting yourself. You are not alone! Together, we will get you connected to your most authentic & grounded state of being where you call the shots + get back into the driver's seat of your life.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

I help women with assertiveness skills, reducing perfectionism & “masking”, Highly Sensitive Person (HSP) traits, and people-pleasing tendencies.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

If you are ready to take the next step toward anxiety relief, let's talk! Together, we can create a roadmap to help you come back to the core of your authentic self: the You that is calmer, more balanced, and self-assured.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I help you understand how your thoughts and emotions affect + influence your behaviors, and how to best shift the cycle toward more desired outcomes.

Together, we can explore your attachment style in various relationships, how that style has been informed by earlier life experiences, and how we can move you toward a secure attachment style.

Compassion Focused

We will explore parts of your life/experience that you struggle to accept due to social conditioning, deeply ingrained beliefs, and more. We will deconstruct the internal voice that says we "should" be or feel a certain way, and empower you with new inner dialogue.

Combining multiple treatment modalities may work best for our time together! From narrative therapy to rational emotive behavior skills to acceptance & commitment approaches, I will work with you to discover which combination of interventions will be most effective.
