MY experience is working adults dealing with stress, loss and life transitions. I have worked in outpatient, inpatient, and corrections. I bring personal experience as a husband and older member of the community. I completed a master's degree in counseling focusing on mental health and substance abuse. Working in various settings has shown me sometimes people need extra support in dealing with life.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a personalized plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I am direct and respectful. My experience has shown me that treating others with respect is the best way to work together. I use humor to make a point as well.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I believe I can work with adults facing life challenges and possibly feeling overwhelmed. Choices are made and sometimes we second guess ourselves. Support from a professional can help.
