What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first therapy session you can expect to be heard, respected, validated, understood and accepted. My priority in the first session is to create connection and to collect information about you and your struggle so that we can address your goals.

EMDR

For the past 5 years I have had the privilege to see how EMDR has transformed the lives of my clients through healing and hope. EMDR, or Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing helps individuals process and overcome trauma and anxiety. It allows people to process and reframe traumatic memories, decrease emotional pain, and improve mental wellbeing.
