Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Arizona. I received my Masters from Arizona State University and have been practicing for four years. Since getting licensed in 2020, I’ve also been a program director and trained other therapists. I am very passionate about helping individuals who have experienced trauma experience the freedom of healing. I have worked as a first responder in the past which helps me to understand my client’s traumas even more.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

From our first session and throughout therapy you will find a safe space where you can be heard and where your therapist will come alongside you on your journey of life.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My greatest strength as a provider is that I come with my entire heart to my therapy clients. I love to come alongside my client's on their life journey. Not only do I bring my education but also first hand experience to a lot of my sessions.

My treatment methods

Trauma Informed Care

I am skilled in trauma informed care. And, offer a safe space for my clients to feel heard in a safe space.

Christian Counseling

I am a Christian who uses God's word to remind women who they are and how much God loves them. If my clients are not spiritual I honor and respect that as well.

Mind-body approach

I am trained in somatic therapy which connects the mind and body together to regulate the body while the mind finds peace through therapy.

Sex Therapy

I work with women who have gone through sexual assault, have experienced reproductive concerns, and also those who just want to spice up their love life. I am a PhD student in Clinical Sexology who really wants to help women with shame and sexuality from being victimized, not feeling heard by a partner when it comes to her pleasure, and fertility complications.
