Hi there, I'm Carrie- Thanks for coming to my virtual therapy office. My practice focuses on working with youth and adults who are experiencing challenging feelings such as self-doubt, insecurity, lack of motivation, anxiety, sadness, and loneliness. These feelings are often caused by significant challenges and changes. I specialize in working with youth and adults who are experiencing significant life changes such as traumatic experiences, grief, loss, transitioning to a new profession or location, and identity exploration, just to name a few. My practice focuses on empowering you to overcome all challenges that come your way at a pace that feels safe and comfortable for you. As a Mental Health Therapist and an Art Therapist, I am fluent in talk and art creation to best reach your therapeutic goals!

First session
In our first session together, we will have brief interactions and get to know each other and your reason for seeking therapy services now. If it seems like a good fit and a good connection, we will get into more detailed personal information, history, and your goals in therapy as we progress.

I utilize a person-centered and humanistic approach, which means I focus on and use your strengths to help you achieve your goals.
