First session
In our first session together, we will start with a brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you are facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.It might take a few appointments for your psychiatrist to make a full diagnosis.The next step is to work out a treatment plan. A treatment plan is a combination of therapies that suit your health needs, personal preferences, family situation and age and,we will work together to develop a treatment plan that is right for you .
