Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

The first meeting will consist of introductions and discussing about what brought you in. This is a space for open conversation—no pressure or judgment. We will then discuss presenting symptoms and discuss an individualize treatment plan.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I prioritize building a safe, supportive environment where clients feel genuinely heard and understood. Taking time to listen carefully to my clients’ concerns, which helps guide accurate assessments and personalized care.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I am dedicated to working with teenagers and adults who are navigating a variety of life challenges. My objective is to empower clients to recognize their inherent strengths, realize their full potential, and accomplish their personal and therapeutic goals.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help people notice patterns in their thoughts and behaviors that may be keeping them stuck. Together, we work on shifting those patterns, building healthier ways to cope, and finding practical tools that support everyday well-being.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-i)

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) to help people understand the habits and thought patterns that may be interfering with sleep. Together, we work on creating healthier routines, reducing worry around sleep, and building strategies that make it easier to fall asleep and stay asleep naturally.

Interpersonal

In my practice, I use Interpersonal Therapy (IPT) to help people explore how their relationships and life changes affect their mood. Together, we work on improving communication, strengthening support systems, and navigating challenges in a healthier way.
