(she/her)
Hi! I'm Hanna. Do you feel stuck, and like you can't get out of your own way? Are you struggling to manage all of your responsibilities and prioritize yourself? I am a believer that looking at each piece of the larger picture can help move you toward your goals. I help my clients manage their anxiety and create a plan to feel successful while finding joy again. We will focus on all aspects of your life, addressing your emotional and social needs. It is important to me that you feel validated and understand that your lived experience has shaped who you are today. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, need support with relationships, or managing anxiety and depression, I'm here to help. Taking the step to ask for help can be scary. You do not have to do this alone. I will use my clinical experience and expertise to support you in reaching your goals.
In our first session together, we will start with brief introductions and clarification of your life experiences. Then we will identify the challenges that have occurred to bring you to this point in time. We will then create a plan of action to begin working with one another.
I enjoy working with adolescents and adults and have success engaging around difficult topics and empowering my clients to make positive choices.
I work best with teens, young adults, and adults who may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or struggling with anxiety and depression. Many of my clients are motivated to better understand themselves—especially how their upbringing has shaped their relationships, emotions, and sense of self. I have a particular passion for supporting women navigating friendships, dating, and building meaningful connections. My approach is warm, nonjudgmental, and insight-oriented, grounded in psychodynamic therapy. I strive to create a space where clients feel comfortable, understood, and even able to laugh when appropriate. I focus on helping clients build coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and develop healthier, more fulfilling relationships. With a background in in-home therapy, crisis work, and behavioral health, I bring a practical and relatable style to sessions. I avoid heavy clinical language and instead connect through real-life experiences, helping clients identify triggers, strengthen self-advocacy, and deepen their ability to express themselves and connect with others.

CBT is a highly effective approach for helping clients reframe negative thought patterns and develop healthier coping strategies.
Psychodynamic
Psychodynamic therapy focuses on exploring how unconscious patterns, early relationships, and past experiences shape present thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. As a social worker and therapist, I use a psychodynamic lens to help clients build insight into these patterns, deepen self-awareness, and create more meaningful, lasting change in their lives and relationships.
