I am a Licensed Clincical Social Worker, and am passionate about supporting individuals and families in navigating life’s challenges with empathy and evidence-based care. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, OCD, and related concerns, using approaches such as CBT, ERP, Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness based strategies. In sessions, I focus on helping clients develop practical coping skills, build self awareness, and strengthen resilience, while fostering a supportive, nonjudgmental environment. My goal is to empower clients to achieve meaningful, lasting change and improve their overall well-being.

Am a Therapist with experience in intensive therapeutic interventions designed to stabilize individuals in crisis. Am a highly skilled, compassionate and empathetic professional with a solution-oriented viewpoint in providing exceptional care while implementing effective treatment and supportive plans for children, adolescents and adults experiencing or exposed to life’s tougher challenges/addictions. I have a demonstrated track record of success supporting people in learning new skills to manage and overcome social, emotional, psychological and addiction struggles. Finally, am comfortable working with a diverse selection of clients in one-on-one or group settings.

I grew up in China and have traveled across Europe and the U.S.! I hold a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Boston Graduate School of Psychoanalysis and a master's degree in Social Science from the London School of Economics and Political Science. I am a PsyaD candidate. I offer both Telehealth and in-person session located in downtown Boston.
