She engages others by building a rapport while also assisting her families to achieve set goals. She works with individuals ages 5-100, families, adolescents, drug addicts, and parents who need guidance. Some specialty skills include problem-solving, communication, coping skills, and relaxation exercises for anxiety. Kristian focuses on improving the quality of life of individuals and families by compassionately serving their mental health, addiction, special education, and community support needs.
