I beleive that each stage of life is a transition and that each human struggles in this process. I beleive this can show itself through anxiety , depression , confusion and more. I am a dual-licensed LMFT/LPCC in both California and Arizona, and I've been in practice for eight years. I currently reside in Phoenix and provide therapeutic services via telehealth to individuals, couples, and families. I received my Master's in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University and my Bachelor's of Science at Northern Arizona University. I was born and raised in Phoenix, and identify as biracial (Vietnamese/Caucasian), queer, and non-religious. I have background experience in inpatient and outpatient settings, specifically in schools/in-home, community mental health, and psychiatric settings.
