Hi! I am a Licensed Counselor based in Michigan. I received my masters in counseling from Oakland University. I have been in practice for 24 years. I help creatives, writes, speakers remove the blocks of limiting beliefs, create clarity in their vision, and unlock the power of their inner voice so that they create a powerful positive self image and live the life they love.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Our first session is about getting to know each other, gaining clarity on what you want and what you don't want in you current situation. I want to learn about what you have done, what practices of self care and personal development that you already have in place - what's working and what's not.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Being a Licensed Counselor for over 2 decades, as well as continuing my own personal growth journey and education, I bring to my clients a deep understanding of the the mind body connection, how our thoughts create our reality, and how we have the ability to create a life that we love. I share with my clients unique meditation practices that I teach as well as those that I have created that help you move quickly and a bit more easily through challenges and limiting beliefs.

My treatment methods

Integrative

I am certified in complementary medicine and wellness. From my study and experience, finding the right combination of practices is key for each individual. The foundation of my practice is mindfulness and the mind body connection, and how our emotions feed our thoughts (the thinking feeling loop). I have a solution focused, positive psychology perspective, as we must look for the solution beyond the problem, get excited for the possibility of creating our amazing life and implement what we learn in order to create lasting positive change.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

As a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT), I incorporate mindfulness practices, breathwork, and self observation methods to bring attention to self image and internal beliefs and habits of thinking.
