New to Grow
I am an integrative neuropsychotherapist with a deep commitment to helping individuals heal and enhance their overall wellness and quality of life. My approach is grounded in compassion, clinical insight, and a belief in supporting the whole person—mind, body, and environment. I strive to create a therapeutic space that is non‑judgmental, culturally responsive, and paced in a way that feels safe and empowering for each client. My experience includes working with individuals from diverse backgrounds, as well as those navigating co‑occurring disorders. I bring a broad foundation of service‑oriented work, including supporting individuals with autism, volunteering at a local wildlife hospital, and participating in ministry outreach for a nonprofit that provides essential resources to people experiencing homelessness. These experiences continue to shape my holistic understanding of resilience, community, and the many forms healing can take.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
Our first session will be rather relaxed, as we gather information for the intake session. This provides a space for the client to discuss some of their most pressing challenges before we start to develop a treatment plan.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
My work is grounded in creating a space where you feel safe, seen, and truly heard. This connection isn’t just meaningful — it’s the foundation of healing. When we build a strong therapeutic relationship and pair it with brain‑based approaches tailored to your unique needs, we’re able to support the whole person. Together, we shape an integrative treatment plan that nurtures your well‑being and helps you move toward a greater sense of balance and wellness.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
I work with adults, ages 18 and up, who are ready to understand themselves more deeply and create meaningful change in their lives. Many of the people who come to me are carrying heavy emotional histories, navigating overwhelming stress, or trying to break long‑standing patterns that no longer serve them. Together, we create a space where healing, clarity, and growth become possible. 💛 Who I Work With ✨ Adults struggling with anxiety and panic Many of my clients experience: Chronic worry Racing thoughts Panic attacks Difficulty relaxing or feeling safe in their bodies We focus on brain‑based strategies that help calm the nervous system, reduce reactivity, and build a sense of internal steadiness. ✨ Individuals healing from complex trauma and attachment wounds I support clients who grew up in environments where their emotional needs weren’t met, or who have experienced relational trauma that still affects them today. Our work often includes: Understanding survival patterns Rebuilding trust in self and others Developing emotional regulation skills Creating healthier relational templates ✨ People navigating major life transitions Whether it’s a career shift, a relationship ending, a move, or a new phase of adulthood, transitions can stir up anxiety, grief, and uncertainty. I help clients slow down, reconnect with their values, and move forward with clarity and confidence. ✨ Those working to reduce people‑pleasing and strengthen boundaries Many of my clients have spent years prioritizing others at the expense of themselves. In therapy, we explore: Why people‑pleasing developed How to set boundaries without guilt How to honor your needs and voice How to build relationships rooted in mutual respect ✨ Adults with ADHD I support clients who struggle with: Focus and organization Emotional impulsivity Overwhelm and burnout Shame around productivity or performance Together, we build practical strategies while also addressing the emotional impact of living with ADHD. ✨ Survivors of narcissistic abuse I work with individuals recovering from relationships marked by manipulation, gaslighting, and emotional instability. Therapy becomes a space to: Rebuild self‑trust Understand trauma bonds Strengthen boundaries Reclaim identity and self-worth 🌱 What Clients Often Gain From Our Work A calmer, more regulated nervous system Reduced anxiety and fewer panic symptoms Stronger boundaries and healthier relationships A deeper understanding of their patterns and triggers Increased self‑confidence and self‑compassion Practical tools for daily emotional resilience
