I am an integrative neuropsychotherapist with a deep commitment to helping individuals heal and enhance their overall wellness and quality of life. My approach is grounded in compassion, clinical insight, and a belief in supporting the whole person—mind, body, spirit, and environment. I strive to create a therapeutic space that is non‑judgmental, culturally responsive, and paced in a way that feels safe and empowering for each client. My experience includes working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and needs, with a focus on anxiety and panic disorders, complex trauma, attachment styles, and ADHD. I bring a broad foundation of service‑oriented work, including supporting individuals with autism, volunteering at a local wildlife hospital, and participating in ministry outreach for a nonprofit that provides essential resources to people experiencing homelessness. These experiences continue to shape my holistic understanding of resilience, community, and the many forms healing can take.

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Our first session will be rather relaxed, as we gather information for the intake session. This provides a space for the client to discuss some of their most pressing challenges before we start to develop a treatment plan.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My work is grounded in creating a space where you feel safe, seen, and truly heard. This connection isn’t just meaningful — it’s the foundation of healing. When we build a strong therapeutic alliance and pair it with brain‑based approaches tailored to your unique needs, we’re able to support the whole person. Together, we shape an integrative treatment plan that nurtures your well‑being and helps you move toward a greater sense of balance and wellness.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

The population I am best positioned to serve are adults ages 18 years old and up who struggle with anxiety, panic attacks, complex trauma, and insecure attachment styles, which occur due to unmet childhood needs. In addition, I work with those who have experienced narcissistic abuse, and those who struggle with people pleasing and establishing/implementing boundaries. Faith-based counseling is also available upon request.
