In our first session together, here's what you can expect

We will perform your intake appointment to determine if we are a good fit for each other. I will collect information from you by way of asking questions, determine a medical diagnosis(es), and then create your specific treatment plan (e.g. order blood work/labs, refer to therapy, order tests, prescribe medication/supplements/vitamins/nutrition, etc.,)

I utilize lifestyle medicine (restorative sleep, plant-predominant nutrition, physical activity & exercise, positive relationships, stress management, and substance-use avoidance & treatment ), and integrative psychiatry plus faith-infused coaching to produce health! *Please note that integrative & functional psychiatry services are not offered via this platform. The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My biggest strength is in my faith that God provided me with a gift of healing plus quirkiness. I am comfortable in my own skin because I know I was intentionally created this way for the purpose of being able to connect with others. I believe that in order to benefit from one's healthcare providers, the client first has to connect with their provider.
