My name is Tiffanie Wright and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Ga. I received my Master's Degree from Troy State University and have been practicing for over 20 years as a Professional School Counselor and over 4 years as a Licensed Professional Counselor. I assist both adults and children become the best version of themselves.
The first session will consist of me as your therapist getting to know the client and what the clients goals are and what the client is hoping to gain from our time together. I would also expose the client to guided mindfulness.
My uncanning ability to connect with my clients and they know that I truly care for their wellbeing and will be their biggest cheerleader/supporter. Having been in the helping field for over 20 years, I have the ability to create a treatment plan especially tailored for my clients needs and assign homework that will help my clients achieve their goals.
I specialize in working with individuals who are interested in self exploration and not afraid to look at themselves, the good, the bad and indifferent. I also work well with those suffering with depression, anxiety, mood disorder and low self-esteem.

This method is used to encourage the client to self reflect and discover what behaviors that they may need to change in order to create the life that they would like to live.
Compassion Focused
This method is used to promote positive self-esteem and confidence. This method also used to promote camaraderie between client and therapist.
Christian Counseling
This approach has helped client affirm their faith and continue to grow in the faith that they choose to support.
