In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Together, we will identify your challenges and goals - where you want your life to be a month, six months, a year from now. Then, we'll identify options and strategies you can use to get there. You'll leave the session with a better understanding of what you're facing with an "actions I can take right now" approach. My goal is for you to leave first session feeling empowered and confident you are on the right path.

I have over 25 years of experience working in various therapeutic setting that have added to my confidence with a wide range of interventions to meet you where you are to create motivation to engage in the process of change .

I work with adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I will work with you in providing skills, developing insight and clarification, help you to find peace. or just sit with you and your emotions without any judgement. My specialty is working with adolescents/young adults/adults and families addressing challenging issues such as substance use, conflict, or behavior modification. My hope for any individual is that you leave the session feeling hopeful, empowered, and supported.

Teaching structured skills to manage distress of uncomfortable emotions and increase tolerance thus reducing emotional vulnerability and increasing positive experiences.

Guiding you through 8 phases leading to reprocessing distressing memories and reducing flare ups and emotional dysregulation .
