Hello, my name is Hans Beliard, and I'm a psychiatric provider dedicated to supporting individuals with their mental health and overall well-being. I use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to help patients identify and understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together, we challenge unhelpful or negative thought patterns and develop healthier ways of thinking and coping with difficult situations. I also encourage practical strategies, such as behavioral exercises and goal setting, so patients can apply these skills in their daily lives and build lasting improvements in their mental health.
