I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based out of Orange County, California. I received my Master of Social Work from The University of Southern California (USC) and I’m a proud Trojan! I have done hospital based brief therapy for the last 15 years, but also have clinic experience. I am so excited to get back to longer-term individual therapy.
The goal of my first session is simply getting to know each other, and seeing if we are a match. I truly believe that for therapy to be successful, the clinician and the client have to be aligned. Our first session will test just that!
I meet everyone where they are - no judgment or agenda. Every client is different, and therefore sessions should reflect that.
I am passionate about helping others navigate new transitions in life, whether it’s adjusting to major life changes, shifting careers, becoming a parent, moving to a new place, and even unfavorable transitions to chronic illness. I find meaning in guiding people through uncertainty and growth, offering support and strategies to help them embrace change with confidence. My work reflects a deep commitment to empowering others as they step into new chapters of their lives.
I am a clinician specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), helping individuals navigate challenges by identifying and restructuring unhelpful thought patterns. My approach is evidence-based, goal-oriented, and tailored to each client’s unique needs, empowering them with practical skills to foster long-term well-being.
