Hey there! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Colorado. I earned my Master’s in Social Work and have been practicing for 4 years. I specialize in helping individuals navigate life’s challenges. Whether you're going through a life transition, struggling with anxiety, or working to overcome depression, I'm here to support you. I also work with those experiencing suicidal thoughts, providing crisis intervention and safety planning to help you find hope again. If you’re feeling uncertain about your career path or need guidance on finding a job that aligns with your passions and strengths, I offer career counseling to help you create a fulfilling professional life. Above all, I’m passionate about supporting personal growth, helping you become the best version of yourself. I look forward to working with you on your journey toward healing and fulfillment.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, we’ll take some time to get to know each other, and I’ll learn more about the challenges you're currently facing. Together, we’ll start exploring the areas you’d like to focus on, and I’ll create a plan that’s personalized to your unique needs. This will guide our work together in the following sessions, let's take the first step.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My greatest strengths as a provider are my genuine compassion and passion for personal growth. I understand the importance of resilience and change, and I use the knowledge I've gained to support others on their journey. My goal is to help clients find a way through difficult situations, whether it’s managing crises or working through emotional challenges. I’ve had the privilege of helping many people during tough times, and I’m committed to guiding them toward lasting change and peace.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I work with individuals ready to take small steps toward growth. If you're open to change and committed to becoming your best self, I’m here to help. It’s about progress, not perfection. Together, we'll find solutions, build healthier coping skills, and work toward a more peaceful, fulfilling life. I’ll support you every step of the way.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify and challenge negative thought patterns that affect their self-image and mindset, aiming to improve their quality of life and reduce emotional distress. CBT also helps in managing intrusive thoughts, unhealthy behaviors, and relationship issues. Additionally, I use CBT to support clients in evaluating suicidal thoughts and making thoughtful decisions about their circumstances.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

I use Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to help individuals manage intense emotions, reduce distress during crises, and improve coping skills. DBT focuses on building mindfulness, emotional regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness to enhance overall well-being and life satisfaction.

Narrative

I use Narrative Therapy to help individuals explore and reframe their life stories, particularly when negative perceptions from trauma or significant life events contribute to emotional distress and depression. By re-examining and reshaping their narratives, clients can gain a new perspective on their experiences, reduce emotional suffering, and create a more empowering and positive sense of self.

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

I use a combination of Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) and Strengths-Based Therapy to help individuals identify real-time solutions to their current challenges. Together, these approaches focus on empowering clients to recognize their own strengths and how they’ve used them to navigate life’s difficulties. This helps clients find practical solutions to pressing problems while building confidence in their ability to cope and thrive.

Person-centered (Rogerian)

I use Person-Centered Therapy to create a safe, empathetic space where clients feel heard and understood. By focusing on the individual's unique experiences and perspective, I support them in exploring their thoughts and feelings at their own pace. This approach supplements the other therapies I use, helping clients build self-awareness, self-acceptance, and the confidence to make meaningful changes in their lives.
