In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In the first session you will experience the immediate benefit of working with a highly trained therapist. We'll learn a bit about one another and set goals for our work together as well as make agreements about approach to therapy. You will leave the first session with a sense of “fit” with me as a therapist and determine if you’d like to proceed with therapy.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I don't just listen and nod. I actively engage the client in therapy and ask lots of questions. I provide feedback to the client and I also elicit feedback on the therapy process itself to make adjustments and ensure we're on the same page. Be ready to question everything in therapy with me.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

Clients wanting to explore their own histories of anxiety, depression, trauma, or similar concerns and clients working to improve their closest relationships including relationships with their selves are best suited to work with me. Individuals exploring their identity or couples, polycules, and families looking to better understand and improve their relationships will find a good therapist can breakthrough the impasse and challenge old patterns and ways of thinking.
