Welcome! I'm a licensed mental health counselor based in New York. I'm also a Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor and Licensed Art Therapist. My practice is primarily psychodynamic while incorporating elements of cognitive and behavioral therapies as needed to assist in restructuring self-defeating patterns.

First session
In our first session, we will start with brief introductions, and then dive into the specific challenges you are facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
Strengths
I have been working in this field for over 23 years. I have extensive experience working with mental health challenges and substance abuse issues. I'm also an Art Therapist and use art therapy interventions both with kids and Adults.
