Hi, I’m a licensed clinical psychologist, based in California. I offer virtual individual therapy. I support and guide adults struggling with various life and interpersonal stressors gain a sense of empowerment and understanding on how to best manage their difficulties. I practice through connection, compassion, education, and guidance. I use an integrative approach in treatment drawing from various evidence based models to best fit my clients’ needs.

In our first session we will spend time discussing your history with relationships and any current or past symptoms that interfere with your quality of life. We will decide together if we are a good therapeutic fit.

I feel my greatest strength as a provider is creating a sense of safety and trust for clients to share their deepest struggles in session.

I love working with adults from all walks of life who are eager to explore their current and past experiences with curiosity. I work well with individuals experiencing relationship difficulties, parenting issues, and life transition stress. My specialty is OCD.
