My approach to therapy is being “REAL” and not too clinical. Over the years I have been told that this is what clients enjoy the most about working with me. I quickly develop a connection with my clients which allows them to feel comfortable and safe. As clinicians we are trained in traditional approaches to counseling that can seem rigid. I’ve come to learn that clients prefer someone they can relate to who is open and honest- That is the approach that I bring!
