I am a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with six years of experience providing compassionate mental health care. My practice takes a holistic approach, integrating both mind and body to support healing and overall well-being. I work collaboratively with patients to create individualized treatment plans that may include therapy, medication management, and mind–body strategies to foster balance and resilience. I am dedicated to empowering patients with tools and knowledge that help them thrive in both their mental and physical health.
Your intake appointment will include a thoughtful evaluation where we’ll talk about your history, current concerns, and goals. From there, I’ll share recommendations, and together we’ll decide on a plan that feels supportive and comfortable for you.
One of my strengths is offering a variety of treatment options, including supplements, medication, lifestyle changes, and therapy, so care can be personalized to each individual. I focus on creating a collaborative and supportive environment, taking the time to listen to all of your concerns and working together to find the approach that works best for
My services are a good fit for clients who are experiencing challenges with their mental health, whether that’s anxiety, depression, mood changes, or the effects of stress. I especially enjoy working with people who are ready to take steps toward feeling better and who want support in finding balance and improving their overall well-being.
Mind-body approach
Mind–body treatments help improve mental health by teaching you ways to calm the body and quiet the mind. Practices like mindfulness, relaxation exercises, or gentle movement can reduce stress, improve mood, and support better sleep. These tools can be used alongside medication or therapy to strengthen your overall well-being.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
In my practice, I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help patients understand how their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected. Together, we identify unhelpful thought patterns and practice healthier ways of thinking and coping. I find that patients often feel more in control and see real improvements in mood, anxiety, and daily functioning with this approach.
Grief Therapy
In grief therapy, I support patients through many types of losses, such as death of loved ones, the end of a relationship, infertility, or other major life changes. Together, we explore the emotions that come with these experiences and develop healthy ways to cope and adjust. This process often helps people feel more grounded, understood, and able to find meaning as they move forward.
