Entering therapy can be intimidating, and that's why I always try to meet people where they are in their process of healing, growth, and change. I'm Bethany, a licensed therapist who helps individuals navigate anxiety, stress, and life transitions with compassion and clarity. My approach is collaborative and grounded in evidence-based techniques. I have spent the last ten years applying my clinical knowledge and love of helping to ensure a safe space that addresses the unique needs of my clients. I have significant experience working with teens, adults, and LGBTQ+ individuals. Together, we'll explore patterns, build coping tools, and strengthen your connection to yourself and others. Whether you're feeling stuck or simply seeking balance, I'll meet you where you are and help you move toward the life you want to life. Self-discovery, growth, and healing should be a beautiful journey, as your therapist, I hope to be the vehicle guiding you. I know reaching out can feel hard, especially when you’re already dealing with a lot. You don’t need to have everything figured out—that’s what this space is for. I am best positioned to serve teens and adults navigating anxiety, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm. My ideal clients are often capable and high-functioning, but feel secretly exhausted, stuck in negative thought loops, or disconnected from themselves. Imposter syndrome, people-pleasing tendencies, low self-worth, and LGBTQ+ identity exploration- My ideal client. I work well with individuals going through changes, exploring their identities, and wishing to make changes in their lives.

Through the use of CBT and mindfulness, I have helped many teens and adults decrease their symptoms by teaching them that our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors influence each other. I assist clients with identifying automatic thoughts, underlying beliefs, and work on behavioral changes.
Gender-affirming therapy
Through the use of Gender-affirming therapy, I have assisted many teens and adults with identity exploration, care coordination, and mental health support.
Solution Focused Brief Treatment
I use Solution-Focused Brief Treatment, I assist clients in identifying goals. I assist with building practical solutions to shape their desired future.
