New to Grow
With over 17 years of clinical experience, I work with adolescents, young adults, and families from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. I am especially passionate about supporting immigrant, first- and second-generation individuals navigating identity, family expectations, academic pressure, and life transitions. My experience includes working with anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment challenges, with a focus on clear, values-driven goals. I take a goal-oriented, strengths-based approach, using solution-focused strategies to help clients build practical skills, improve emotional regulation, strengthen relationships, and develop greater self-awareness.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you and what brings you to therapy. I’ll ask some questions to better understand your experiences, goals, and any challenges you’re currently facing, while also giving you space to share at your own pace. We’ll begin identifying what you’d like to work on and discuss how we can move forward in a way that feels comfortable and meaningful for you.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
What stands out about my therapeutic approach is its balance of structure and collaboration. I use a goal-oriented, strengths-based framework to help clients make meaningful, measurable progress while feeling supported and understood. My work is culturally responsive and tailored to each individual, with a focus on building practical skills, improving emotional regulation, and strengthening relationships in ways that align with each client’s values and lived experiences.
