One of my strengths is my nonjudgemental and client centered approach to therapy. My clients feel comfortable with me to express their past, present, and future.

I approach my clients with an individualized treatment approach. I enjoy working with clients and helping them improve their quality of life. I love for my clients to feel comfortable with me so they can have the change in their life. The goal is not to change you as a person but to help you achieve growth and happiness.

My treatment methods

Trauma-Focused CBT

My practice over the last couple of years has consisted primarily with veterans. I also have been able to work with their comorbidity such as depression, PTSD, and anxiety.

Child Parent Psychotherapy

I have a background in child development and psychology. I worked at an Alternative school and in the beginning of my practice children were my primary clients.
