Hi there! I help adults who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or exhausted reconnect with their strengths and build a life that feels more manageable. If you're feeling anxious, burned out, or unsure of the changes you want, you're not alone! I work with trauma, ADHD, autism, anxiety, depression, and life's many transitions in a supportive and nonjudgmental way. I also focus on attachment-related stress and relationship patterns. My approach is client-centered and neurodiversity-affirming, and I lean towards a comfortable, casual conversation style of talk therapy. I accept new clients in Missouri and North Carolina!

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Our first appointment will be focused on getting to know each other in a supportive and judgement-free space. We'll talk about your goals and what brings you to therapy, and I'll ask you to share parts of your personal history that can help guide our work together. There's no pressure to share everything at once, we'll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you and you will have the opportunity to ask questions along the way.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Clients often describe my style as supportive, solution-focused, and strengths-based! We create a space where you don’t have to mask, so you can explore your identity and make choices that feel right for you. I lean towards using models of Person-Centered Therapy, trauma-focused CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Somatic Therapy, and Internal Family Systems.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work with adults navigating trauma, neurodivergence, and major life transitions who are looking to better understand themselves and create lasting change. Many of my clients discover or begin exploring their trauma or neurodivergence in adulthood and benefit from learning how the brain and body respond to stress. Together, we focus on building self-acceptance, developing healthier relationships and more secure attachments, and identify unmet needs for a more fulfilling life. I enjoy working with clients who are curious about their patterns, open to learning new skills, and motivated to build a life that feels more authentic and aligned with their values.
