I work with individuals facing anxiety, depression, and everyday challenges, helping them gain clarity, build confidence, and move forward with purpose.
I help individuals navigate anxiety, depression, and life’s challenges by providing practical tools, support, and a space to grow. My goal is to help clients feel more in control, confident, and equipped to move forward.
First session
During your first session, we will focus on getting to know you—your current concerns, history, and what has or has not worked for you in the past. We will discuss your symptoms, goals, and any previous treatment experiences to help guide a personalized plan. If appropriate, we will also review and determine the best medication treatment options moving forward.
Strengths
What sets my approach apart is my ability to combine evidence-based methods with a practical, real-world focus. I don’t just help clients gain insight—I provide concrete tools and strategies they can apply immediately to improve their daily lives. My work is collaborative, structured, and tailored to each individual’s goals.
Ideal clients
I’m best positioned to support individuals who are ready to take an active role in their mental health. Whether you're managing anxiety, depression, or major life transitions, I help clients develop insight, build resilience, and create practical strategies to move toward their goals with confidence. I specialize in working with clients experiencing mood disorders, anxiety-related conditions, and difficulty with emotional regulation. I am well-suited for individuals seeking evidence-based, structured interventions and who are motivated to engage in skill-building and cognitive restructuring to improve overall mental health outcomes.
Treatment methods
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as a core treatment approach to help clients identify and challenge unhelpful thought patterns, develop healthier coping strategies, and improve emotional regulation. In my practice, I integrate CBT techniques in a practical, goal-oriented way to support meaningful and lasting change.
