First session
The first session is typically an evaluation for services, so do expect some formal questions with the understanding that we are getting to know one another and our work together begins with openness to the process.

My greatest strength as a provider is creating space where client's feel welcomed to discuss any concerns as we collaborate together making sure you are seeing the progress you desire.

My ideal client is someone who is ready to take the step that will help pivot them on the path to greater understanding of self and active changes in their life. This is your journey and I believe the best client is one who is committed to the process.
Treatment methods
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I help you process your thoughts and how they align with your behavior to determine if it causes healthy or unhealthy outcomes for you.
Acceptance and commitment (ACT)
What you are able to accept can often be the difference in how you approach a situation. I work with you using mindfulness to build new meaning to that situation, person, or thing.
Grief Therapy
Something happened and it is important that space is created for you to explore how it has impacted your life. In grief therapy we work towards acceptance and coping strategies to for daily life.
