I am Marlena Strong, Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Anger Management Specialist, and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. My approach to therapy is collabortive. I believe there is a shared responsibility in helping you achieve your goals. One size does not fit all and my approach to therapy is tailored to fit your unique needs. I welcome the opportunity to help you gain insight and skills to handle life’s challenges. Change begins when you decide to take a step. Progress takes time, so don’t be hard on yourself. The first session is typically an evaluation for services, so do expect some formal questions with the understanding that we are getting to know one another and our work together begins with openness to the process.
