Ideal clients
I am best positioned to serve children, adolescents, and adults seeking compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care for a wide range of mental health concerns. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, OCD, mood disorders, panic disorder, insomnia, trauma-related symptoms, and difficulties with emotional regulation or life transitions. My approach is ideal for clients who want to better understand their symptoms, explore medication options thoughtfully, and develop practical coping skills to improve their daily functioning and quality of life. I value collaborative treatment planning and believe clients should be active participants in decisions about their care. Together, we develop individualized treatment plans that may include medication management, psychoeducation, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT)-based interventions, lifestyle modifications, and coordination with therapists and other healthcare providers when appropriate. I strive to create a welcoming, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered. Whether you are seeking treatment for the first time or looking for a provider to help optimize your current treatment, my goal is to provide personalized, evidence-based care that supports long-term mental wellness and helps you achieve meaningful, lasting improvements in your emotional health and overall functioning.
Treatment methods
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is an evidence-based approach that helps individuals identify and change unhelpful thoughts and behaviors that contribute to anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma-related symptoms, OCD, and other mental health concerns. In my practice, I incorporate CBT techniques into medication management visits by helping clients develop practical coping strategies, improve emotional regulation, challenge negative thinking patterns, strengthen problem-solving skills, and build healthier daily habits. My goal is to provide clients with tools they can use between appointments to better manage symptoms, improve functioning, and support lasting mental wellness.
