I am an Afro-Latina therapist with a strong commitment to serving individuals and families in navigating life challenges with compassion and clarity. I graduate from Southern Connecticut State university and have several years of working within diverse and underserved communities. My work is rooted in deep commitment to helping those who feel lost, overwhelmed and or unsure of their direction to reconnect with themselves and move towards healing. I value creating a space that feels safe, supportive and empowering.
In our first session, we'll focus on getting to know you, your experiences, strengths and goals for therapy. You can expect a warm, open and collaborative environment where you feel supported as we begin creating a path forward together.
My approach stands out because I combine a family systems perspective with practical, skills-based strategies helping clients understand their patterns while also equipping them with tools to create lasting change.
I specialize in working with individuals, families and or couples who are experiencing mood-related challenged partially when these functioning challenges impact daily functioning and or relationships. Clients that are navigating transitions withing family system, school and or personal development. I am especially aligned with clients who are open to a collaborative, goal-oriented process and are ready to implement practical tools to create meaningful, long-lasting changes in their lives and relationships.

I work collaboratively with individuals and or families to identify interaction cycles, increase self-awareness and develop healthier ways of relating to one another, strengthening communication, emotional regulation and fostering supportive structure environments.
