Hi, I’m Ashley, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Indiana. For the past 13 years, I’ve had the privilege of working with pre-teens, adolescents, and adults as they navigate life’s ups and downs. I’m especially passionate about supporting people through times of transition—like high school, college, and stepping into adulthood—along with the ongoing changes that come with each stage of life. I am passionate about this work because it is an honor to walk alongside people during difficult periods of their lives. Supporting clients as they navigate their journeys and move toward a healthier, more balanced place is at the heart of what I do. I would be honored to be a part of your journey.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Our first session is an opportunity for you to begin sharing your story. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where you can explore your experiences and how they have shaped you. Together, we will discuss what brings you to therapy at this point in your life, identify areas you would like to change, and begin developing goals and a plan to support meaningful progress.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I work to build a safe and authentic connection with each client, creating a space where you can feel comfortable talking about the thoughts and feelings that may be hard to share. I believe you are the expert on yourself, and I’m here to listen, help you make sense of your experiences, and guide you toward your goals and a greater sense of well-being.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults who are navigating anxiety, stress, trauma, depression, and life transitions. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings while building tools to help you move through life’s challenges with greater confidence and clarity. I help clients develop a deeper understanding of themselves and create a personalized toolbox they can use both in and outside of therapy. Together, we’ll look at patterns that may be keeping you stuck, identify what you’d like to change, and work toward meaningful, sustainable growth. My practice is rooted in genuine connection. I believe that feeling safe and understood is essential for change, and I work hard to foster an environment where you can be yourself as you move toward the changes you want to make.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

CBT focuses on the connection between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Together, we identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck and work on practical ways to shift them. This approach helps you build healthier thinking habits, improve emotional balance, and develop tools you can use in everyday life.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

DBT helps you build skills to manage intense emotions, improve relationships, and cope with stress more effectively. Together, we focus on finding balance—accepting yourself as you are while also working toward meaningful change. You’ll learn practical tools for staying grounded, communicating clearly, and navigating life’s challenges.

Person-centered (Rogerian)

Client-centered therapy is a supportive, non-judgmental space where you’re in the driver’s seat. Instead of telling you what to do, I work alongside you to better understand your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Together, we explore what matters most to you, helping you find your own answers and build confidence in yourself. The goal is to help you feel heard, accepted, and empowered to make changes that feel right for you.

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

This approach focuses on what’s working in your life and how to build on it. Rather than spending a lot of time on problems, we work together to identify your strengths, clarify your goals, and create practical steps toward the future you want. It’s a positive, forward-looking process designed to help you make meaningful changes in a relatively short amount of time.
