(she/her)
I have over 16 years of experience as a nurse and I am a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, licensed in Florida. I strive to treat each patient with respect and provide individualized treatment interventions and goals which helps to provide mental clarity and optimum balance. I am here to listen first, then together we will formulate the best treatment plan that best suites your needs.
During our first session, I will begin by introducing myself and explaining the purpose of our time together. This is a space for you to share openly—so I’ll invite you to introduce yourself and tell me what feels most challenging right now, as well as what you hope to gain from our work together. From there, I’ll ask questions to better understand your history, your current concerns, and your goals. We’ll talk about what has and hasn’t worked for you in the past, and what’s most important to you moving forward. Before we wrap up, I’ll share my professional recommendations and outline the best approach to meet your needs. Most importantly, we’ll collaborate—so that your treatment plan feels personalized, practical, and aligned with the outcomes you want to achieve.
Clients often share that what stands out most about working with me is my upbeat, positive outlook and my genuine care for their well-being. I strive to create an atmosphere where people feel safe, understood, and truly supported—many describe our sessions as having an “at-home feeling.” I am an excellent listener who values honesty and trust, and I work hard to meet each client where they are. My approach is solution-oriented and collaborative, blending professional expertise with compassion and warmth. Clients have described me as “brilliant and marvelous,” “very friendly and understanding,” and someone who makes it easy to open up—even for those who usually find it hard to trust. I am grateful for this feedback, and it reflects my deepest commitment: to help people feel safe, supported, and empowered to move forward in their mental health journey.
My ideal clients are individuals who are motivated to improve their mental health and open to exploring both therapeutic conversations and evidence-based medication management. I am best positioned to serve adults who experience anxiety, depression, mood changes, or difficulty coping with life transitions. Many of my clients value a collaborative, nonjudgmental space where their concerns are taken seriously and their treatment is tailored to their personal goals. Whether you are seeking symptom relief, greater emotional balance, or tools to navigate stress, I work with you to build a clear plan that supports both your mental wellness and overall quality of life.

Sabdull is wonderful. She listens carefully to your concerns, never rushes through appointments, and truly values your input as a patient. She is kind, warm, and a refreshing contrast to other mental health medication prescribers I’ve experienced in the past. I'm so glad to have found her!

Andrea has a wonderful personality. Very warm, but direct and solution oriented. I felt empowered after our initial meeting. One of the best practitioners I've ever encountered - especially in a virtual space.
