Hi, I’m Tiffany! I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 15 years of experience helping adults navigate stress, anxiety, and life transitions. Based in Georgia, I create a warm, supportive space where you can feel truly heard and understood. My approach focuses on empowering you to explore your thoughts and emotions, identify negative patterns, and develop effective strategies for managing life’s challenges. Together, we’ll work to foster resilience, challenge unhelpful beliefs, and build the skills needed to create meaningful change. My goal is to help you achieve personal growth and live a more balanced, fulfilling life. Let’s take this journey toward positive transformation—together.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

When you work with me, you can expect to gain a deeper understanding of yourself and your emotions. I provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where we’ll explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors together. As a team, we’ll identify patterns, develop effective coping strategies, and set meaningful, achievable goals. My clients often leave sessions feeling more self-aware, with greater clarity and practical tools to manage stress, enhance relationships, and achieve personal growth. Let’s work together to create positive, lasting change in your life.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

As a therapist, I offer a blend of proven strategies, compassionate values, and a personalized approach to help you overcome challenges and achieve lasting growth. My greatest strength is creating a collaborative and supportive space where you feel empowered to make meaningful changes. Many of my clients share that, for the first time, they feel truly seen, heard, and understood in our sessions. Together, we’ll work toward building the life you want with the support and tools you need.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I specialize in supporting adults of all ages who feel overwhelmed by anxiety that seems difficult to control. If you’re finding that your usual ways of managing stress and emotions no longer work, you’re not alone. Many of my clients feel stuck in cycles of worry, unease, or even panic that impact their daily lives, relationships, and overall sense of well-being. Together, we’ll work to break those patterns and help you regain control, calm, and confidence in your life.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a structured, goal-oriented tool that I integrate into my counseling practice to help clients understand and change unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors. Together we explore core beliefs and identify any faulty thinking that may contribute to emotional distress. I encourage clients to become "detectives" in their own lives and begin to notice their thought patterns and family dynamics. We partner together let go of self-judgement and explore thoughts in a safe environment.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

I guide clients to focus on the present, rather than focusing on the past or worrying about the future. Together, we develop mindfulness-based coping strategies to help ease the symptoms of anxiety. It isn't a "one size fits all." Each client has their own strengths and things that work for them. We work together to figure out which strategies work, and build a tool box of exercises to be used when needed.

Person-centered (Rogerian)

The foundation of meaningful work in therapy is the relationship between therapist and client. My first priority is to establish a safe, welcoming environment. I want clients to feel heard and cared for. I believe that clients are the experts in their own lives. We work together to identify their strengths and how we can use those to work toward their goals. While the person-centered method is my foundation, I integrate it with CBT and mindfulness techniques to address specific needs.
