I work with LGBTQ+, intercultural, and interracial couples and individuals to help them understand one another by exploring their pasts and finding solutions to current stressors. By using Solution Focused Couples Therapy, I help couples and individuals understand their internal and external conflict, their triggers behind the conflict, and how to have healthier and more intimate relationships. I help couples and individuals process their past trauma while expressing their emotions to others around them. First session
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
