New to Grow
Hi there! I'm Jordanne Cooper. I am a virtual Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Columbus, Indiana now serving those all over the state. I love working with adults with generational trauma, anxiety, depression, and/or neurodivergence. I have developed a passion for helping humans become their best selves, parents, and partners. I want to invite you to reach out to me if you're ready for virtual therapy that feels like home, from the comfort of yours.
Clients can expect to go over their goals and build rapport with me during their first session.
I use a careful balance of holding space for clients while also gently pushing back to help them recognize and heal patterns.
I love working with adults with generational trauma, anxiety, depression, and/or neurodivergence. I have developed a passion for helping humans become their best selves, parents, and partners. My ideal clients are those who are ready and eager to heal and learn how to change the ways they think and feel. I use a person-centered therapy approach in addition to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to help clients better understand themselves, their patterns, and the world around them.
