Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Clients can expect to go over their goals and build rapport with me during their first session.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I use a careful balance of holding space for clients while also gently pushing back to help them recognize and heal patterns.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I love working with adults with generational trauma, anxiety, depression, and/or neurodivergence. I have developed a passion for helping humans become their best selves, parents, and partners. My ideal clients are those who are ready and eager to heal and learn how to change the ways they think and feel. I use a person-centered therapy approach in addition to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to help clients better understand themselves, their patterns, and the world around them.
