I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a practice rooted in the belief that healing happens in the mind and the body. I bring years of clinical experience and a trauma-informed, whole-person approach to my work with adults. Therapy with me is warm, collaborative, and grounded in real evidence; it's a space where you can show up exactly as you are and start the work of becoming the best version of yourself.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Our first session is less about diving into the deep end and more about getting to know each other. I'll ask about what brought you in, what you're hoping to change, and a bit about your story at a pace that feels comfortable for you. There's no pressure to have it all figured out or to share more than you're ready to. By the end, we'll have a sense of whether we're a good fit and a loose roadmap for where we might go together. I care that you leave feeling heard and are able to make a connection.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I don't believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. I draw from several evidence-based approaches including trauma-informed care, ACT, CBT, mindfulness, to name a few, and tailor them to who you are and what you need. My background blends clinical depth with genuine warmth, so the work feels both effective and human. I see each client as a whole person; your mind, your body, and your lived experience all matter in our work together.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work best with adults who are ready to do meaningful work on themselves through individual therapy. Many of the people I see are high-functioning on the outside but carrying more than they let on: old wounds that still shape how they show up, relationships that feel harder than they should, or a quiet sense that they're surviving their life rather than living it. You might be navigating anxiety, the weight of past trauma, ADHD, or life transitions — or patterns you can finally see but aren't sure how to change. If you're living with ADHD, maybe you're tired of feeling like you're working twice as hard to keep up, and you want support that respects how your brain actually works rather than asking you to mask it. Maybe you've held everything together for everyone else and you're realizing you need a space that's just for you. You don't have to arrive with the perfect words, just a willingness to be honest and curious about your own healing. If you're looking for a therapist who will meet you with warmth and real clinical depth, who respects your pace, and who believes you're capable of coming home to yourself, we'll likely be a good fit.

My treatment methods

Trauma Informed Care

I work from the understanding that what happened to you shapes how you move through the world now and that healing happens in a space that feels safe, not rushed. Rather than asking "what's wrong with you," I'm curious about what you've survived and how you've adapted. We go at your pace, with choice and collaboration at the center, so therapy never recreates the powerlessness that you may have felt as a result of your trauma.

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)

Instead of fighting hard thoughts and feelings, ACT helps you make room for them while still moving toward the life you want. We'll get clear on what matters most to you (ie. your values) and use those as a compass when things get difficult. The goal isn't to feel good all the time, it's to live a meaningful life even when discomfort shows up.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

So much of our suffering lives in replaying the past or bracing for the future. I bring in mindfulness to help you notice what's happening inside you — thoughts, sensations, emotions — without immediately reacting to it. These are practical, everyday tools and we'll build them in a way that fits your real life.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

The way we think shapes how we feel and what we do. Together we'll look at the thought patterns that keep you stuck, gently test whether they're actually true, and practice new ways of responding. I keep this collaborative and concrete and you leave with skills you can use between sessions and long after.

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

You already have strengths and small successes, even when it doesn't feel that way. This approach turns our attention toward what's working and what you want more of, rather than dwelling only on the problem. We'll set clear, reachable goals and build on the progress you're already capable of making.
