New to Grow
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida providing virtual therapy, specializing in trauma and anxiety. I work with individuals who are often used to pushing through life’s demands—managing work, responsibilities, and daily stress while putting their own needs last. Over time, this can lead to burnout, anxiety, and feeling emotionally overwhelmed or disconnected from yourself. I offer a warm, grounded, and supportive space where you can slow down, feel heard, and begin to make sense of what you’re experiencing. My approach is both compassionate and gently challenging, helping you explore patterns, thoughts, and behaviors that may no longer be serving you.
In our first session, we will review informed consent, confidentiality, and complete intake paperwork. I will also gather information about your history, current concerns, and what brings you to therapy. You will have space to share your story at a pace that feels comfortable, and we will begin identifying meaningful goals to guide our work together.
My greatest strengths lie in my ability to create a grounded, supportive, and nonjudgmental therapeutic space where clients feel safe to be open and honest. I bring a warm yet direct approach, helping clients feel both understood and gently challenged. What stands out about my work is my focus on helping clients build insight into patterns that contribute to stress, anxiety, and burnout, while also developing practical tools they can use in their daily lives. I draw from evidence-based approaches, including CBT and psychodynamic principles, to support both present-focused coping and deeper emotional understanding.
I enjoy working one-on-one with clients because it allows me to truly understand your unique experience and what you’re going through. If you’re feeling overwhelmed by everyday stress, burnout, or anxiety that seems to take over, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to navigate it by yourself. I provide a supportive space where you can slow down, process your thoughts, and feel heard. I’ll also gently challenge unhelpful thinking patterns so you can gain new perspectives and feel more in control. Together, we’ll build practical tools to help you feel more balanced, confident, and grounded in your daily life.
