Hi, I’m Tiffany, a clinician dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with clarity and confidence. I use evidence-based approaches like CBT to support clients in understanding their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, and in developing practical tools for lasting change. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, or life transitions, I offer a compassionate, collaborative space for growth and healing.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, you can expect a supportive and judgment-free space where we’ll begin getting to know each other. I’ll ask questions to better understand what’s bringing you in, your goals for therapy, and any important background that might help guide our work. It’s also a chance for you to ask questions, share at your own pace, and get a feel for how I work—my goal is for you to leave feeling heard, respected, and more comfortable about the path ahead.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

What stands out about my approach is that it’s practical, down-to-earth, and tailored to each person I work with. I draw from evidence-based methods like CBT, but I also believe therapy doesn’t have to feel clinical or heavy all the time—humor is an important tool I use to build connection, ease tension, and bring some lightness to difficult work.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I’m best positioned to support first responders who are facing the unique stressors and challenges that come with serving in high-pressure, high-stakes environments. Many of the clients I work with are dealing with symptoms of anxiety, burnout, traumatic exposure, or the impact of long-term stress, and are looking for a space where they can be understood without needing to explain the culture they come from. My approach focuses on building resilience, managing stress responses, and helping clients reconnect with a sense of purpose, control, and well-being—both on and off the job.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

n my practice, I use CBT to help clients recognize and challenge negative thought patterns that impact their emotions and behaviors. I incorporate structured techniques to support skill-building and behavior change. Through CBT, clients gain practical tools to manage distress and improve overall functioning.
